What data we process

What we use your data for

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of performance of the contract (your membership), your consent (for example when you send a message through the form) and our legitimate interest in delivering and improving the service.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to deliver the service:

These parties may only use your data for the task they perform for Racepace.

Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Messages sent through the form are kept until your question is resolved. Membership and invoice data are kept for as long as you are a member and afterwards for as long as legally required.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics cookies. We use one measurement pixel for advertising, and it is off by default. It only becomes active after you click Accept in the cookie notice. We store your choice in your browser (localStorage) so we do not have to ask every time. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookies link at the bottom of every page.

Conversion measurement for ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI)

Racepace advertises in ChatGPT. To measure whether an ad leads to a sign-up, we use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel. Only after your consent does this pixel set a first-party cookie that links a click on an ad to a later action on our site, such as submitting the quiz or the contact form, or starting a sign-up through FITR. This cookie lasts a maximum of 30 days.

We share technical data about your visit and the measured action. No name and no content of your message. OpenAI processes this data as a processor for conversion measurement; how OpenAI handles data is described in OpenAI's privacy policy. Legal basis: consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookies link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing, withdraw your consent and have your data transferred. To do so, send a message to info@racepacetraining.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The most current version is always on this page.
