Explore tailored subscription options for Hyrox athletes to enhance your training experience.
Solo or Doubles Options
Choose between solo or doubles subscriptions for personalized training plans. The doubles option gives you one Hyrox doubles simulation work each week so you and your partner can fully dial in and build on that teamwork.
Flex or Elite Plans
Select from Flex or Elite plans based on your training intensity preferences. With Flex you choose for a 2-3 day plan which makes it possible to follow next to your group classes or other sports. The Elite plan is for those who fully commit to the sport and want to train 4-6 days a week.
12-week Raceprep or all year round
Choose 12-week program if you have a race planned i want to get absoluty race ready! We build you up for peak performance!
The All-Year-Round Program is there for after the race and to hold on the progress that you made.
Adjusted to your sports background
It's super cool that athletes from different sports come together at Hyrox. We believe that different types of atheltes ask for different types of training. So an endurance-biased athlete gets a different training plan from us than a strength-biased athlete that comes from Crossfit, Fitness or Powerlifting.


All your workouts, well organized in our powerful app.
To give you the best possible experience, we’ve teamed up with the app developers at Fitr. Inside the app, you’ll get a clear daily training overview, instructional videos for every exercise, and fully personalized weights, reps and tempos based on your PRs and results from the test week. And to take it even further, each training block comes with a video where we explain the ‘why’ behind the workout — so you know exactly how to attack your work-out and how it should feel.
